Welcome to the Sturbridge Woods community! Sturbridge Woods’ homeowners are members of the Sturbridge Woods Association. Membership is mandatory and runs with the lot upon conveyance of title. A copy of the Association’s By-laws and Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Easements, Charges and Liens should have been given to you at settlement from the seller. If you did not receive these documents, please contact CAMCO Management so that copies can be forwarded to you. The documents explain what ownership in the Association means to you.
The Association is governed by a volunteer board of five Trustees, elected by members at the annual meeting typically held in November/December. Each trustee term is three years. A professional management company, CAMCO Management, handles the daily operations of the Association. Your Community Manager, Erin Watson, can be reached at [email protected] or 856-830-1199 ext 128.
The Association maintains the common grounds, which include the tennis courts, basketball court, picnic area and entranceway. The recreational facilities are located just past the entrance at Forrest Hills Drive and Cooper Road and are for the enjoyment of the Sturbridge Woods residents. Resident tags will be distributed to you.
Please review the Association documents, specifically, as they relate to any exterior architectural and landscape changes or improvements you may be contemplating. All exterior improvements must be approved by the Trustees prior to the commencement of any work. Improvements / Changes must be in conformance with the architectural guidelines as stated in the Covenants. An application for architectural change is available on the website.
If you would like to volunteer your time to a committee or have an interest in a trustee position, please let us know. The current board members are Rick Kurtz, President; Brian Drachman, Eileen Lamasney, Hal Nass, and Mark Roscioli. The trustee elections are held at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running for a trustee position; please contact us at the number or email address listed above. Trustee terms are three years each.
Please complete a resident information form and return to the Association. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the number or email address listed above if you have any questions.
Again, welcome to the Community!
